Buell XB 9R 2002 model, girbox rep, complet mainshaftand countershaft rebuilding++

One of my good customer in Norway, have big problems with his girbox, bearings problems ! This problems comes because, the outer sealing of mainshaft was leak* damage, and the water comes innside and kill complett 5 gear bearings +++, water innside the gearbox is not good :(

Here its some photo of this damage and the big rebuilding after of his gearbox complet!

 My very good friend Svein Erling Sannerud from SES-Motor use my lathe for making tools for this gearbox overhaling.

After change axels, bearings, gaskets, etc.. and assembled the engine, put it back in the frame, test driving after, and the conclution of course : EXELENTE!!  , happy customer recived his Buell XB9R after.
